The Broker Forum launches policy on counterfeit components

In keeping with its strategic objective of creating a safer trading experience for its members, and in line with recent changes to Escrow Agreement, The Broker Forum is launching today it Policy on Counterfeit Components. This policy will be applied starting May 15 2012, and has been included in our Legal Agreement (Available from the Member’s toolbox). The Counterfeit Policy can also be viewed here. The Broker Forum strongly encourages its members to read and embrace this policy that contributes to keeping the electronics components industry safer, as well as protecting the rights of intellectual property owners.
