Broker Forum members can now manage their feedback for each contact, instead of just the main contact. This will aid companies who have a specific person assigned to review the feedback or if you want each individual to be able to handle their own feedback.
This is managed through your User Settings.
New feedback will have a new blue button appear on the Home Page and Trading Center
Character limit is now doubled to leave a comment, and a convenient counter has been added so you can see if you are running out of space.
Members can upload and view up to 3 documents to support their complaint or defend their position.
We hope the additional information will give all members greater flexibility, and a more complete picture of a rating.
