The TBF Sanya Summit Meetings will bring together some of TBF`s key
Buyers and Vendors together for a three day summit at the Crown Plaza
Sanya hotel from June 16 to 19 2011. Held for the first time in the
wonderful town of Sanya in the Southern China island of Hainan, this
event will feature a series of head to head meetings between
distinguished Broker Forum buyers and vendors, as well as conferences
and networking events and local sightseeing tour.
Why vendors should participate:
Vendors who participate will have the advantage of first hand meetings
with key long time Buyer members, who have been individually approached
and solicited for this event. We expect 33 % of buyers to come from
Asia, 33 % from Europe and the remainder to come from America. This is a
truly unique opportunity to build ties that may lead to long lasting
relationships from our members.
Why Buyers should participate:
China has become an integral part of the world wide sourcing cycle for
electronic components, particularly in the Broker and independent
reseller markets. The TBF Sanya Summit meetings will serve as a unique
vantage point for Buyers to gain an insight on the complexities of the
Chinese supply chain, OEM market, and meet some of its most important
players.
The format:
Held over 3 days, the event’s format is designed to enable all Vendor
participants to conduct 45 minutes long one on one meeting with all of
the Buyer participants, by order of mutual preference. A detailed
personalized schedule will be presented to each participant prior to the
start of the meetings.
Additional benefits:
Along with the pre-scheduled meetings and morning learning conferences
participants will have the benefit of networking breaks with event
sponsors, as well as evening activities. Shuttle service to and from
Hainan airport, support for travel and visa arrangements as well as the
continued support from The Broker Forum staff during the whole of the
event will be assured.
