TBF Introduces 2 New Features !
In our commitment to provide members with the
tools that help their day to day business, TBF is pleased to introduce two new
features that will be provided to members:
1- Speed and efficiency in
handling RFQ’s, Quotes and PO’s
2- Ensures that their e-mail privacy is
respected.
1-RFQ-Quote-PO- e-mail
notifications
Receiving email notifications about ongoing or
potential transactions is an important part of the process when it comes to
closing a deal. Knowing what is happening , regarding transactions, at any
given time, gives members the ability to react swiftly to any changes during
the negotiation process. TBF is pleased to introduce a feature that will keep
you informed every step of the way whenever you receive a RFQ, a Quote, a PO or
a reply to a PO. Under the Trading Settings, you will find a new section “
Email Notification” that will allow you to choose which type of emails you wish
to receive.
2-Privacy Filter
TBF has been receiving an increasing number of
complaints regarding unsolicited emails. In order to resolve this
problem, The Broker Forum conducted an investigation regarding unsolicited emails.
The findings are, that a Broker can receive more than 500 unwanted e-mails on a
daily basis. As a consequence, TBF developed a tool that will allow
members to protect their privacy and stop receiving these type of
e-mails. Under the Trading Settings, you will find a new section “Privacy
Settings” that will allow you to choose in which regions you wish to have your
contact details displayed.
