Who can become a member of The Broker Forum?

The Broker Forum caters to parts brokers and distributors. Members need to present a valid business licence among other requirements to be granted access to The Broker Forum. 

How much does it cost to join The Broker Forum?

Buyers and Sellers on The Broker Forum can select from different packages. Please review the Sign Up page for more information.  The Broker Forum also offers Value-Add Services to its members. 

Are there any additional or hidden fees that will be added to the membership fees?

No, our first mission is to bring buyers and sellers together. The two parties are free to determine how best to complete the transaction. However, we do offer Escrow services to help secure a transaction for a per transaction fee.

 

Can you determine the volume of transactions generated by your marketplace?

No, as we do not participate in any transactions facilitated by our site except when our members choose to use our Escrow services.

We do however track of the number of searches and RFQ’s exchanged on our platform.

From this we can ascertain two important facts:

-    Buyers who use our system, come back again

-    The volume of transactions is consistently growing

 

What type of products can be found on The BrokerForum?

The Broker Forum members mainly carry active and passive electronic components. 

In how many languages is your website translated?

Our website is translated in the following languages: English, Chinese, Korean and Russian. We also provide services in thirteen different languages. You can be assured we will be able to provide answers to your question in your native language. 

Where is the Broker Forum membership located?

The Broker Forum members are located in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. 

How often is the inventory updated on the BrokerForum?

We encourage all vendors to update their stock on a daily basis. Inventory older than seven days will automatically be deleted. 

Can I have more than one log in on your website?

Absolutely. Broker Forum encourages multiple logins, either within the same company, or, if useful, from various offices within the same organisation. 

When can I reach your customer service and sales department?

For America and Europe, you can reach us Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM EST Contact Us. For Asia, you can reach us Monday to Friday from 9 PM to 4:30 AM EST Contact Us. Please note that our Asian team can service you in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and Japanese, between 8 AM to 6 PM Asia time zones. 

Is the Broker Forum a service which will help my business to grow?

Over 60 million line items of in-stock electronic component inventory are available. Every day, over 100,000 parts are searched by these members. The availability of parts along with the volume of member activity is just one way in which The Broker Forum helps members grow their business. 

What are your payment terms?

We offer quarterly, semi-yearly and yearly packages. We do require that you pay in advance for your chosen term. 

Can Escrow Services be used during my Free Trial?

Yes, we allow our Trial members to use our Escrow Services. Regular Escrow fees will apply. 

I want to see the list of all your members, where can I find this?

You will, during your Trial period, be able to see partial member results when you perform a search. We cannot display our whole member list for security reasons. 

How reliable are the members of the BrokerForum (quality of parts, business reputation, etc)?

You can view member’s profiles to get to know your prospective business partner. Also, we highly recommend you visit the Member Feedback area, as well as take into account the number of years the member has been with us. 

I registered for a free trial, why can’t I log in?

Before getting access to the website with for your Free Trial period, you will need to speak to one of our sales representative since we need to verify that you qualify for membership on The BrokerForum.
